Welcome to Avalon Events Wholesale, water, soft drinks and energy drinks wholesaler at this year's Glastonbury Festival. We would like to introduce ourselves and give you the information you need to place your orders for water, soft drinks and energy drinks at this year's event. Avalon Events Wholesale is the provider on behalf of Glastonbury Festival to operate the wholesale supply of water, carbonated soft drinks and energy drinks at the festival. Under your traders agreement, you are not permitted to bring soft drinks into the festival and this means that you are required to buy your soft drinks from Avalon as the official appointed wholesaler onsite. This helps to support the festival and most importantly, significantly reduces the volume of delivery arrangements and vehicles around the festival.
Stock prices have unfortunately been increased by Coca Cola and Life Water from last year, but we try to keep our prices as close as possible to comparable wholesale rates, with a bit extra to cover the onsite delivery costs for the crew and delivery vehicles.
As you will appreciate with a festival the size of Glastonbury it is best to get orders in place early and confirm your deliveries. We cannot take last minute pre-orders in the run up to the festival. We run a two stage process: Pre-Orders (placed in advance and delivered to your stall before the festival opens to the public) and On-Site Orders (Visit the Wholesale Market or call us – deliveries and personal collections).
Pre-Event Orders can be placed online from May 4th to June 9th via the website. Stock will be delivered to the front of your pitch between 7am Monday 23th June and midday Wednesday 25th June. Please make sure that you are onsite and available to take delivery.
On-Site Orders can be placed at our Site Shop, located in the Wholesale Market with payments by cash or card. You can also place orders over the phone. We are open from Monday 23rd June till Sunday 29th June for orders and collections.
