Pre Event Orders for Glastonbury

All Pre-Event Orders are made by placing an order online at the Avalon Events Wholesale website.

When you place your order on the website, you will be asked to create an account. In your ‘My Account’ area you will be able to download your invoices. When placing new orders, first login to your ‘My Account’ area which will ensure all your order details are kept in one place. This will help us track your orders and be easy for you to download invoice information in the future. If you have previously traded with us it is best to use your existing online account details.

The website is a standard ecommerce style site allowing you to choose products and place your order. If you need help with the website please, ring Gemma on 07709 545296 and we can guide you through the process. You will need your stall holder number and market location details when you place your first order.

We are taking Pre-Event Orders up until Monday June 9th. It is important to place your Pre-Event Order before this date so that we can order the volumes of stock needed for everybody and guarantee your stock delivery.

Please be aware that we do not take payment when you place your Pre-Event Order but will phone you for a card payment and any specific delivery info. Deliveries will not be made unless payment has been received and cleared the bank by Monday June 9th.
